This recipe is always a big hit whenever I take it anywhere or have it for breakfast at our house when we have company. The combination of cheddar, apple, and bacon may sound strange but it is delicious! My Aunt used to make it whenever we would visit and this was always my favorite dish.

Each fall I find myself roasting pumpkin seeds for my family. It’s a special treat we love after carving a pumpkin or after cleaning out a pie pumpkin to be roasted for pumpkin pie. My family loves roasted pumpkin seeds.
