A Short Stack of Happiness!

Rainbow fun in our house this week with my kids as we approach St. Patrick’s Day! Who doesn’t love pancakes?! Well my kids had a blast making these bright and yummy pancakes 🙂

They make such a happy little stack of pancakes! First I put each color of the rainbow food coloring in a different bowl.

Then after mixing my pancake batter I divided it among the bowls.

Then let the kids take turns stirring!

Pretty bowls lined up ready to make a rainbow of mini pancakes!

I made very small silver dollar sized pancakes knowing they would want one of each color!

Here are the finished little stacks of rainbows!

Can you post your pancake batter recipie? its Pancake day in the UK this coming week and I want to borrow your idea for my children to make the day a bit different
