Each fall I find myself roasting pumpkin seeds for my family. It’s a special treat we love after carving a pumpkin or after cleaning out a pie pumpkin to be roasted for pumpkin pie. My family loves roasted pumpkin seeds.
Remove the pumpkin seeds from inside the pumpkin. Rinse them well and let dry. Put them on a baking sheet with sides and coat in olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and roast at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip them to roast the other side. Roast another 10 minutes and repeat until toasted brown. Let cool and enjoy! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
