Peanut Butter Fudge

As promised yesterday I’m posting my simple, quick and most importantly melt in your mouth peanut butter fudge recipe. This stuff is going fast in my house and would already be gone if it wasn’t so rich!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar

First spray an 8×8 pan and line with wax paper for easier removal of the fudge later. Then melt the butter over medium heat in a sauce pan. Once it is melted add the brown sugar and milk and bring to a boil. Let boil for two minutes timed. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Once the peanut butter has melted add the powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and chill in the fridge until completely cool. Remove from the pan and top with melted chocolate or just cut into squares as is.
