Hot Chocolate Pudding

My kids love to cook. This morning they asked to make something we could share at lunchtime. So I came up with hot chocolate pudding cups. Simple, yummy and cute…

Ingredients:

Instant chocolate pudding
Milk (check amount needed on box of pudding)
Cool whip
Chocolate mini marshmallows (optional)
Candy canes (optional)

Mix instant pudding according to directions on box. Pour into cups about halfway. Chill in fridge for 5-10 minutes. Top with cool whip, mini marshmallows and candy canes.

This was easy for the kids to help stir, pour and decorate. They were so proud to show daddy when he came home for lunch what they made! Oh, and they taste so good! My Bella giggled, “It’s so funny! It looks like hot chocolate but it is COLD!” 🙂 Thanks for stopping by.
