Groundhog Day is Coming!

Groundhog is coming! It’s next Saturday and I’m already gathering craft supplies and fun activities for the kids and I to do together. I found a picture of a snack I made last year for the girls to take to their friends and thought I would share.

It was super simple. We used chocolate pudding in clear cups with crushed Oreos on top to look like dirt. Then I used a vanilla wafer for the head and feet. The eyes, mouth and cheeks are melted chocolate. The nose is a brown M&M. They were a big hit and we just might make them again this year!
