One of my family’s favorite recipes is pepperoni rolls and it is so simple! Who doesn’t love pepperoni, cheese and pizza dough?
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (here is the link to my recipe)
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
First roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Next place pepperoni on the pizza dough in rows. I leave part of mine without pepperoni because one of my kiddos prefers just cheesy rolls 🙂
Then spread mozzarella cheese over the entire rectangle of dough.
Roll the rectangle from the long side, into a log shape. Slice 1 1/2″ to 2″ slices.
Place onto a greased pan.
Bake at 350 until baked through.
Enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by 🙂

These look yummy! Might just have to make some this weekend 🙂
I have always made these ( actually had the recipe published in a Kraft cookbook), but I cook the roll without slicing. Then I cut the roll after it is baked. I will try your method! Thanks!
I made these today and they were so scrumptious. I really appreciated that you posted pictures of the process – that really helps me when I’m making something for the first time. This was a fun alternative to pizza, which I make often. I served spaghetti/pizza sauce on the side for dipping 🙂 Have a great weekend!
These do look yummy! I will try them soon. And everything bakes better on stoneware! Are you a Pampered Chef fan?
Did this last night with my kids. They had a fun time. My littlest one kept grabbing and eating all the cheese before putting it on the pizza. He is now known as the Cheese Monster. Fun moments are ones to be treasured.
