Grinch Rolls

Over Christmas we were invited to a Christmas party and when the hostess told me she was making Grinch punch since we would be watching “The Grinch” I got excited to make something Grinch themed as well.

So I made these Grinch rolls! They were very easy, tasty and healthy too.

Ingredients:

5 Spinach tortillas
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 tablespoons onion seasoning mix (I used Tastefully Simple’s Onion Onion seasoning)
Turkey deli meat
Sliced mozzarella cheese

First I mixed the cream cheese and onion seasoning together. Then I spread each tortilla with the mixture. Next I put one layer of turkey and one layer of mozzarella on each tortilla. Then rolled them tightly and sliced each into 6 pinwheels. I stuck each pinwheel with a decorative toothpick so they would hold their cute shape. I refrigerated them until the party.

My kids and hubby were my taste testers and they loved them. I’m going to keep making them all year since my kiddos were gladly eating spinach! Oh and funny fact, we ended up changing our movie choice at the party and watch a different holiday classic “Home Alone”! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
