I love sautéed mushrooms. So today I’m sharing my simple 15 minute recipes for melt in your mouth amazing sautéed mushrooms! If you’re making a steak or grilled chicken it is an excellent side dish.
Ingredients:
8 oz. sliced mushrooms (I like to use baby Bella mushrooms)
2 1/2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Pepper to taste
First melt your butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Then add your mushrooms and slowly stir and let cook for about 5-7 minutes. Next add the minced garlic and cook about another minute. Add the soy sauce and slowly stir while cooking the mushrooms until the soy sauce cooks into the mushrooms. This will take about 5 more minutes. Add pepper to taste and serve warm!
