Needing to make a cake for my friend, I stumbled on to a yummy moist pumpkin pie cake recipe I’m in love with! So of course I’m sharing 🙂 Since her birthday is near Halloween I decided I wanted to make a pumpkin cake of some type. I used what I had on hand, only four ingredients!
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15 ounce can of puréed pumpkin
1 1/2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and then flip out of the pan onto a serving plate and let cool for another 15-20 minutes. While cooling mix up the salted caramel butter cream icing, the recipe is found here. Spread on the icing and then drizzle with extra salted caramel sauce.
