Moist Pumpkin Pie Cake

Needing to make a cake for my friend, I stumbled on to a yummy moist pumpkin pie cake recipe I’m in love with! So of course I’m sharing :) Since her birthday is near Halloween I decided I wanted to make a pumpkin cake of some type. I used what I had on hand, only four ingredients!

Ingredients:

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15 ounce can of puréed pumpkin
1 1/2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and then flip out of the pan onto a serving plate and let cool for another 15-20 minutes. While cooling mix up the salted caramel butter cream icing, the recipe is found here. Spread on the icing and then drizzle with extra salted caramel sauce.

It went way beyond my expectations, I loved how moist and yummy it was. Thanks for stopping by!
