Tis the season for all the beautiful lawn furniture to make an appearance at all the major retailers right next to all the gardening stuff. I love gardening so I spend lots of time in this section, in the Spring. I usually look through the furniture and wish we could afford a nice outdoor set, well this year I decided to attempt to make what we have look better instead. When we moved into our current home there was a small white plastic table out back that had seen better days when we moved in almost 3 years ago.

I’ve bleached and scrubbed it each summer and it still looks rough and cheap. I found some metallic spray paint that claimed to paint on any surface and it was a very much less expensive alternative. I chose a nice dark brown metallic that I thought would compliment our back porch. I spent my afternoon scrubbing and then spraying the table and love the results so I thought I would share my “new” outdoor table.
